French Brittany: "pocket rocket" history and hunting style - a podcast from Upland Nation
During the national conclave of the Club de l'Epagneul Breton-U.S., Scott Linden, noted author, producer and educator, interviewed Fred Overby, discussing the history and characteristics of the Epagneul Breton breed. The interview begins nine minutes into the podcast and is well worth the time as Fred and Scott provide an entertaining and enlightening journey into the history of the breed on both sides of the Atlantic, discussing details on everything from genetics to performance. The last part of the podcast includes an interview with Todd Farris whose hunting club grounds were the setting for the interviews and the national conclave. Todd joined Scott to talk about how great habitat is created, his introduction of valley quail in Oklahoma, and even some bird hunting advice!
